Key Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training sessions on all aspects of aviation ground support.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of passenger baggage, cargo, and mail onto and from aircraft.
- Learn and perform aircraft marshalling, signaling aircraft into and out of parking positions.
- Support aircraft pushback operations, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Operate various ground support equipment (GSE) under direct supervision, including baggage tugs, belt loaders, and passenger stairs.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on GSE and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and airport procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members, flight crew, and other airport personnel.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or incidents promptly.
- Contribute to efficient aircraft turnaround times, ensuring on-time departures.
