Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management and maintenance of the company’s website and other digital platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).
- Coordinate and upload digital content, including blog posts, case studies, news articles, and multimedia assets, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
- Perform regular data entry, data cleansing, and database maintenance to ensure the integrity and accessibility of information.
- Support the creation and scheduling of social media posts across various channels, adhering to established content calendars.
- Help administer user accounts and permissions for various digital tools and software.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and operations teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing digital files.
- Monitor website performance and report on key metrics using analytics tools.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of new digital features or system updates.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement in digital operations.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms and online tools.
