Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspection and maintenance of all plumbing systems, fixtures, and components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, pipe damage, and water pressure problems.
- Execute repairs, replacements, and installations of plumbing pipes, fittings, valves, and drainage systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of plumbing infrastructure and prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls, ensuring rapid resolution to minimize damage and disruption.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and building codes during plumbing work.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Plumber or Plumbing Maintenance Staff.
