Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and collect examination papers, answer sheets, and other required materials.
- Actively monitor candidates throughout the duration of the examination to prevent malpractice.
- Maintain a quiet, orderly, and respectful environment conducive to testing.
- Verify the identity of each candidate before and during the examination.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to candidates regarding exam procedures.
- Address candidate queries or concerns promptly and according to established guidelines.
- Report any suspected breaches of examination rules or unusual incidents to the supervisor.
- Manage the secure handling and reconciliation of all exam materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to all examination policies and procedures.
- Assist with minor administrative tasks related to exam preparation and conclusion.
