Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care activities including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Plant, prune, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the property's aesthetic.
- Manage irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering schedules and system functionality.
- Conduct weeding, pest control, and disease prevention for all plant life.
- Keep pathways, patios, and outdoor common areas clean, litter-free, and safe.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on outdoor fixtures, benches, and fencing.
- Ensure proper disposal of green waste and other refuse from the grounds.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing duties.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance.
