Key Responsibilities
- Vigilantly monitor the swimming pool area, ensuring the safety of all swimmers and guests at all times.
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations firmly and courteously to prevent accidents and maintain order.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck, changing rooms, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries, towel distribution, and general facility information.
- Perform routine checks of water chemistry (pH, chlorine levels) and report any deviations to management.
- Inspect pool equipment, furniture, and safety gear for proper functioning and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to emergency situations, including administering basic first aid or CPR if certified, and initiating emergency action plans.
- Set up and store pool furniture, umbrellas, and recreational equipment as required.
- Document and report any incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences to the supervisor.
- Assist with pool-related events, classes, or activities, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.
- Ensure all safety signage is visible and clear to all patrons.
Required Skills
