Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum and school standards for primary and/or secondary levels.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through various methods, provide timely and constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of achievement.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and student well-being.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student development and address individual needs.
  • Participate actively in professional development opportunities, faculty meetings, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect, discipline, and a safe learning atmosphere.
  • Integrate technology and innovative resources to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for the digital age.
  • Prepare students for internal and external examinations, providing necessary guidance, revision, and support.

Required Skills
