Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock amenities as per hotel guidelines.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all furniture and fixtures.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and guest room amenities, reporting shortages.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest service.
