Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, displays, and promotional areas.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring products are always available and correctly priced.
- Handle customer complaints and queries with patience and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and checking new deliveries.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the store.
- Support inventory counts and assist in preventing shrinkage through diligent monitoring.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
