Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and technologically proficient Remote Product Demo Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Harare. This pivotal role involves expertly managing the scheduling, preparation, and smooth execution of product demonstrations for our prospective and existing clients across various Liquid Intelligent Technologies solutions. As a Remote Product Demo Coordinator, you will be the lynchpin connecting our sales, pre-sales, and technical teams with our customers, ensuring a seamless and impactful demonstration experience. You will play a crucial part in showcasing the value and innovation of our cutting-edge products and services, directly contributing to our sales pipeline and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all product demonstrations, ensuring optimal timing and resource allocation for sales and pre-sales teams.
- Prepare and configure demo environments, ensuring all necessary software, data, and presentation materials are ready and functional before each session.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding demo logistics, sending invitations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Provide technical support during live demonstrations, troubleshooting minor issues promptly to maintain a smooth presentation flow.
- Maintain an up-to-date demo calendar, tracking all scheduled demos, attendees, and key outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand demo requirements and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Collect and analyze feedback from demos to identify areas for improvement in processes and presentation content.
- Develop and maintain a library of demo assets, scripts, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on demo coordination processes and tools.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and product functionalities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with demo specific software or presentation tools.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications or IT industry.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure, cloud services, or cybersecurity concepts.
- Fluency in additional local languages (e.g., Shona, Ndebele).
