Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and construction personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with project specifications and blueprints.
- Resolve any technical issues, delays, or emergencies that may arise during construction.
- Manage equipment and material logistics, ensuring availability and efficient use.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for all site activities.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Implement quality control procedures and perform final inspections to ensure project standards are met.
- Lead safety briefings and promote a culture of safety among all site personnel.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
