Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and careful delivery to their rooms.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures as needed, including escorting them to their rooms and providing an overview of hotel facilities.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to guest inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
- Deliver newspapers, mail, messages, and any special requests to guest rooms promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and other public areas of the hotel.
- Support the front desk and concierge teams with various tasks, including answering phones and managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Operate and maintain hotel equipment such as luggage trolleys and bell carts safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures, reporting any suspicious activities or safety hazards immediately.
- Assist with room service delivery and other guest-related tasks as required, ensuring high standards of service.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a coordinated and seamless guest experience.
