Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Booking Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Allen Avenue, Lagos. This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating all corporate travel and logistical arrangements, ensuring seamless operations for our executives, clients, and internal teams. As a Corporate Booking Coordinator, you will manage an extensive range of tasks from initiating travel requests to final booking confirmations, encompassing flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and event venues. Your expertise will be crucial in negotiating with vendors, securing optimal rates, and managing complex itineraries while strictly adhering to company travel policies and budgetary constraints.

You will be the go-to person for all booking-related queries, providing proactive support and effective solutions to any unforeseen challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all domestic and international corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and visas.
  • Negotiate with vendors (airlines, hotels, travel agencies) to secure the best rates and services in line with company policy.
  • Develop and manage detailed travel itineraries and schedules for executives and staff.
  • Process travel requests, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained and documentation is complete.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings, expenses, and travel policies.
  • Provide proactive support to travelers, addressing issues or changes to itineraries promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage and reconcile travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Stay updated on travel advisories, industry trends, and new booking technologies.
  • Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders regarding travel updates and changes.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Booking Coordinator or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
