Key Responsibilities

  • Edit, proofread, and revise knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and user guides for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to style guides.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information, clarify content, and ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
  • Structure and organize information effectively to optimize discoverability and user experience within the knowledge base.
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices for all content to improve search rankings and content visibility.
  • Develop and enforce consistent terminology, tone, and brand voice across all knowledge base materials.
  • Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated, redundant, or missing information and recommend updates.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of content strategy, style guides, and knowledge management best practices.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content editing, technical writing, or knowledge management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and knowledge base platforms.
