You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for increasing profitability and market share. This position requires a proactive individual who can translate complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to senior management. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective revenue management strategy across all segments. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of pricing, inventory, market demand, and competitive landscape.
  • Forecast future demand and revenue performance by analyzing historical data, market trends, and booking pace.
  • Utilize revenue management systems and tools to optimize pricing, distribution, and inventory.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities, market shifts, and economic indicators affecting hotel performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages.
  • Prepare comprehensive revenue reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Participate in budget preparation and financial planning processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of hospitality industry trends and market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Revenue Management (e.g., CRME).
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
