Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive key business decisions and enhance operational efficiency across various client projects. We are looking for an individual with a profound understanding of data analysis techniques, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering impactful analytical solutions. You will lead analytical projects from conception to completion, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and present findings. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, from data extraction and cleaning to insightful reporting and visualization, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement sophisticated analytical models and frameworks to solve complex business challenges and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers, to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools, providing clear and concise data-driven recommendations.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices in data analytics.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Exceptional proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and modeling.
- Expertise in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
