Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, specifications, and project plans.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to keep product initiatives on schedule.
  • Assist in defining product requirements, scope, and objectives based on market analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on product status, performance, and lifecycle metrics.
  • Support product launch activities, ensuring all necessary materials and training are in place.
  • Manage change requests and updates to existing products, ensuring proper approval and implementation processes are followed.
  • Organize and lead meetings related to product development and lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the product management framework.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product coordination, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
