Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Cook and other kitchen staff with daily food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.

- Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, kitchen area, and food truck throughout service hours.
- Monitor food temperatures and adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, assisting colleagues as needed.
- Potentially assist with customer service, taking orders, and serving food during peak hours.
