Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain complex network infrastructures including LAN/WAN, VPN, and WLAN solutions.
- Proactively monitor network performance, availability, and security using advanced network management tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network hardware and software issues on devices from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, FortiGate, and Palo Alto.
- Develop and enforce robust network security policies, manage firewalls, IPS/IDS, and ensure access control compliance.
- Conduct regular network audits, capacity planning, and health checks to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Provide expert-level support for network incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions.
- Manage network changes and upgrades strictly adhering to established change management protocols.
- Collaborate closely with IT security, server, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- In-depth proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS protocols.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco IOS, Cisco ASA, and/or other major enterprise network vendor platforms.
- Proven experience with network security devices such as FortiGate, Palo Alto Networks, or Juniper SRX firewalls.
- Strong practical experience configuring and troubleshooting VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN).
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or other relevant advanced networking certifications.
