Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Excel Data Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Excel Data Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to data entry, data cleaning, analysis, and report generation using Microsoft Excel. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into complex Excel spreadsheets and proprietary databases.
- Clean, organize, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel spreadsheets for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Generate reports, charts, and pivot tables to visualize data trends and support decision-making.

- Collaborate with recruitment consultants and other team members to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in data, ensuring all information is current and reliable.
- Document data entry and data management procedures to ensure consistency across the team.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis projects as required by management.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data validation, conditional formatting).
- Proven experience with large-scale data entry and data management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
