Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Business Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of remote training programs, including scheduling, participant registration, communication, and post-training follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors to understand training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive training calendars, ensuring all sessions are properly documented and communicated.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, presentations, and resources to participants and instructors in a timely manner.
  • Utilize and manage learning management systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools to facilitate effective remote learning.
  • Track participant attendance, completion rates, and feedback to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to training, such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to participants and instructors on remote learning platforms, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Maintain an organised and up-to-date repository of training content and records, ensuring easy accessibility.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes and initiatives by suggesting innovative approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements in all training activities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a learning and development or HR department.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally and clearly with all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
