Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial transactions, including posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and various general ledger accounts.
- Support the preparation of daily revenue reports and assist with month-end financial statements.
- Assist in payroll processing, including data entry and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Respond to financial inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Assist with audits by preparing required documentation and providing explanations.
- Contribute to budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis).

Preferred Qualifications

- ICAN/ACCA foundational level completed or in progress.
