Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, guiding clients through product selections and styling advice.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs, recommending suitable items and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all brands, products, fabrics, and current fashion trends within the boutique.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is beautifully presented, clean, and organized according to brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Support inventory management, including receiving new stock, tagging, and stock replenishment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering repeat business through excellent follow-up and engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within fashion retail or a high-end boutique environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Fluency in additional local languages (e.g., Yoruba) is a plus.
