Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely, including industrial dishwashers, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils by hand or machine.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of all kitchen work areas, including counters, sinks, floors, and storage spaces, throughout the shift.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and waste areas are kept clean and hygienic.
