Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and present a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices) and light snacks according to established standards.
- Process orders accurately and handle cash/card transactions with integrity.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards of the café area, equipment, and dining tables.
- Actively restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and report any shortages promptly.
- Assist with efficient opening and closing procedures of the café, including setup and breakdown.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
