Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and team leads to understand project requirements and contribute to technical specifications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code primarily in Python, Java, or JavaScript, adhering to coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Assist in the testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of features for existing and new software products.
- Learn and apply new technologies, programming languages, and development methodologies as needed.
- Document technical specifications, designs, and processes for assigned tasks.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Foundational understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
