Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., masons, carpenters, electricians) with their daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment around the construction site.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding or barriers.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including waste disposal and site tidiness.
