Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy that aligns with Career.zycto's overall business goals and market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of scientists, engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept generation to prototyping, testing, validation, and commercialization.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, and processes that can enhance existing products or lead to new market opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong intellectual property protections for new innovations and ensure freedom to operate analyses are conducted.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols, both locally and internationally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, marketing, sales, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches.
- Present R&D progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders with clarity and conviction.

Required Skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Research & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically plan, execute, and deliver complex R&D projects.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, intellectual property, and regulatory affairs.
- Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation for R&D initiatives.
