Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior graphic designers in the creation and execution of various design projects, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Develop engaging visual content for digital platforms including social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertisements.
- Contribute to the design of print materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and other promotional collateral.
- Prepare design files for both digital and print production, ensuring all assets meet technical requirements and quality standards.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, offering fresh ideas and contributing to concept development.
- Research current design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and introduce new creative solutions.
- Manage and organize design assets, ensuring files are properly named, stored, and accessible to the team.
- Receive and implement feedback constructively, iterating on designs to achieve optimal results and client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal are welcome)
- Fundamental understanding of graphic design principles (layout, typography, color theory)
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices
