Key Responsibilities
- Manage and filter incoming artist submissions and demo materials, ensuring efficient review processes.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for the A&R team and artists.
- Maintain and update artist databases, project trackers, and contact lists with precision and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of artist contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial administration for the A&R department.
- Act as a key liaison between artists, management, internal departments (e.g., legal, marketing), and external partners.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and research summaries on industry trends, artist performance, and competitor activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the A&R team, including filing, correspondence, and office management tasks.
- Attend industry events and showcases as required, representing Career.zycto professionally.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven administrative experience, ideally within the music or entertainment industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- A genuine passion for music and a foundational understanding of the current music landscape and genres.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
