Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests during embarkation and disembarkation procedures.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding ship facilities, services, activities, and port itineraries.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Assist with booking and managing shore excursions, onboard events, and dining reservations.
- Actively promote and facilitate guest participation in various onboard activities and entertainment programs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Collaborate effectively with various ship departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and security onboard the vessel.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including data entry and report generation.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the cruise line with professionalism and enthusiasm.
