Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements and design specifications.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using our bug tracking system, ensuring clear and concise reporting.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand product features and resolve issues.
- Review product requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, actively contributing to team discussions.
- Provide estimates for testing efforts and communicate progress, risks, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar role.
- Proficiency in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
