Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior CRM Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Harare. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of large and complex CRM datasets to identify key customer trends, behaviors, and preferences.
- Develop and implement advanced analytical models for customer segmentation, churn prediction, lifetime value analysis, and campaign effectiveness measurement.
- Design, build, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide real-time insights to business units.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to define data requirements, analyze campaign performance, and optimize customer journeys.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for various business stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems and contribute to data governance policies and procedures.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, analytical techniques, and CRM technologies to continuously enhance our capabilities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst role, with significant focus on CRM data.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with statistical programming languages (Python or R) for data analysis and modeling.
- Demonstrable experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and customer lifecycle management.
