Key Responsibilities
- Lead tours and excursions in Greendale, Spanish Town, and surrounding regions, providing engaging and informative commentary.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all visitors.
- Share in-depth knowledge of local history, culture, geography, flora, and fauna.
- Adhere to planned itineraries while remaining flexible to adapt to unforeseen circumstances or guest preferences.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1.5 years (18 months) of proven experience as a tour guide or in a similar customer-facing role in tourism.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Deep knowledge of Greendale, Spanish Town's history, culture, and attractions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage groups effectively.
- Valid driver's license (Class C or equivalent) and clean driving record if driving is required for tours.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
