Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective repair solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs, reporting findings promptly.
