Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering suggestions and answering questions about menu items.
- Process cash and electronic payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct change is given.
- Prepare food stall for daily operation, including setting up displays, arranging products, and ensuring all necessary equipment is in place.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and presentably, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, counters, and surrounding stall environment throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the team lead.
- Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Promote daily specials and new menu items to maximize sales.
- Assist with packing up the stall at the end of the day, ensuring everything is securely stored.
