Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute remote branding strategies to enhance Career.zycto's online presence and reputation.
  • Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Create compelling written and visual content, including blog posts, website copy, social media graphics, email newsletters, and video scripts.
  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in the development of employer branding materials and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, Sales, Product) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, remote work best practices, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all internal and external communications.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed for content creation or campaign support.
