Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis for assigned business units or product categories.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather financial data, understand business drivers, and ensure alignment on financial goals.
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, revenue enhancement, and process improvements across financial operations.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive remote work environment.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a Finance Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Preferred Qualifications
