Key Responsibilities
- Assist production line operators and technicians with various tasks as needed.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines, conveyors, and palettes.
- Operate basic production equipment under supervision, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Monitor production processes for any irregularities and report issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
