Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, and transport.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screening calls and emails, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including venue booking, catering, and guest lists.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other financial documentation in a timely manner.
- Undertake general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required by senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
