Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
  • Process transactions accurately using our POS system, handling cash and card payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving and display areas.
  • Receive, unpack, and replenish stock, ensuring proper rotation and inventory management.
  • Actively promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new products to customers.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
