Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination of supply chain activities, including order processing, inventory tracking, and shipment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and supplier communications.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
- Support the preparation and review of shipping documentation, purchase orders, and other essential supply chain paperwork.
- Help monitor and report on key supply chain metrics, identifying areas for potential improvement and efficiency.
- Conduct data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all supply chain information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Participate in inventory audits and reconciliation processes to maintain stock accuracy.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts related to logistics delays, discrepancies, and supplier performance.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
