Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic vision and roadmap for all R&D activities, aligning with overall business objectives and market demands.

- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from initial concept and feasibility studies through prototyping, testing, and commercialization.
- Manage the R&D budget, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and within financial parameters.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, and processes that can enhance product performance, reduce costs, or create new market opportunities.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams including product management, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs.
- Establish and maintain strong intellectual property strategies, including patenting new inventions and protecting proprietary knowledge.

Required Skills
- PhD or Master's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D leadership roles within manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex R&D projects from conception to market launch.
- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and project management skills.
