We are specifically looking for someone who possesses deep familiarity and hands-on experience with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads (including Search, Display, and Video campaigns), leading social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and TikTok), and potentially has exposure to programmatic advertising. Your expertise in these areas will directly contribute to enhancing our brand visibility, driving qualified lead generation, and achieving our overarching business growth objectives, supporting both internal marketing initiatives and diverse client projects across various sectors.

This position demands a proactive individual with an exceptionally strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets, identifying key trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency. You will be expected to meticulously monitor campaign spend, analyze campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and make real-time adjustments to maximize results. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.
  • Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers for engaging visual assets.
  • Perform continuous A/B testing and optimization of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage and optimize conversion funnels to improve lead generation and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all advertising policies and regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video).
  • Facebook Blueprint certifications.
