Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware, to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food preparation and storage areas, including floors, walls, and shelving.
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring proper chemical levels and water temperatures.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures, adhering to environmental guidelines.
- Support the culinary team by ensuring a continuous supply of clean and sanitized equipment.
- Transport food, beverages, and supplies between various hotel departments as needed.
- Inspect and stock cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen management or supervisor.
