Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to scheduled timings and routes.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct thorough pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness of assigned luxury vehicles.
- Plan optimal routes using GPS and local knowledge, considering real-time traffic, road conditions, and client preferences to ensure punctual arrivals.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide courteous, attentive service throughout their journey, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, trip details, and vehicle service logs.
- Adhere strictly to all German traffic laws, company safety regulations, and ethical guidelines without compromise.
- Handle client inquiries and special requests professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
Required Skills
- Valid German Class B driving license with a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Minimum 2 years (24 months) of verified professional driving or chauffeur experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Bochum city and the wider North Rhine-Westphalia region's road network and key landmarks.
- Strong communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal) to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
