Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences with efficiency and foresight.
- Coordinate virtual and occasional in-person travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expense reports.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing communications, and handling inquiries with discretion.
- Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects, team initiatives, and event planning as required.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up technology, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role (4+ years).
