Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout and identify new musical talent across various genres and platforms, including live performances, digital submissions, social media, and industry networks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, songwriters, and other key music industry contacts.
- Evaluate demo submissions and artistic portfolios for musical quality, commercial viability, market potential, and authenticity.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of current music trends, emerging artists, and competitive landscapes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations detailing potential signings, including artistic assessment, market analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, legal, production) on artist development plans, recording projects, and promotional strategies.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry events, showcases, festivals, and conferences, fostering a positive brand image.
- Assist in the negotiation of artist agreements and contracts, ensuring fair terms for all parties.
- Provide ongoing creative feedback and guidance to signed artists to foster their growth and artistic vision.
