Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of fast-food items, including burgers, fries, chicken, and local specialties, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking areas are clean, sanitized, and organized in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock levels, assist with inventory management, and communicate supply needs to the kitchen supervisor.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and ovens.
- Adhere strictly to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and maintain consistency in product offerings.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth service.
- Handle raw and cooked food products properly to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
Required Skills
