Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of all gym equipment (cardio machines, strength training apparatus, free weights, etc.) and surfaces.
- Organize and neatly arrange equipment, weights, and accessories in their designated areas.
- Monitor and replenish gym supplies, including towels, sanitizing wipes, and water cooler cups.
- Conduct regular visual inspections of equipment for wear and tear, damage, or potential safety hazards.
- Promptly report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to the facilities management team.
- Assist members with basic inquiries regarding equipment location or general gym rules.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas as needed.
- Ensure proper ventilation and temperature control within the gym space.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
